The card that never gets left at home
Every account has its badge in Inventaris, on the phone and in the wallet: the employee number as on the plastic card, plus QR code and barcode for the desk and the kiosk.
In detail
What the module can do
Employee number and Kiosk No.
The front shows the employee number, as on the plastic card. For the kiosk the badge carries the Inventaris Kiosk No., a random number per person, or the employee number if the organisation chooses so.
QR code and barcode
The back has a QR code and a barcode (Code 128) with the number that counts at the kiosk, on a light background, so that even a simple laser scanner at the desk reads them.
For every account
Staff, borrowers, students: every account has its card, only the counter terminal does not. Each person sees only their own.
In Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
One tap on an iPhone or Android phone puts the badge into the wallet. If something changes, the card updates by itself. The badge is also available on every phone, in the browser and in Teams.
Always up to date
Name, job title and profile picture come from the master data or from Microsoft 365. If something changes, the card shows it the next time it is opened.
In Microsoft Teams too
In the Teams tab the card looks just as it does in the browser. On the phone it waits on the overview and opens with a tap.

What is asked next
Does it replace the plastic card?
No, it complements it. At the desk the employee number on the card counts just like the badge. At the kiosk the code chosen by the organisation counts; anyone who forgot the card shows their phone.
Is the card included in my plan?
Yes, in every plan and at no extra cost. It sits on every person’s overview.
What does the code reveal?
Only the number. No name, role or contact details are in the code; anyone scanning it without access to Inventaris learns nothing more.
