Features · Tickets, damage and requests

The rest of operations, in the same place

A broken projector, a fault in the Wi-Fi, the wish for two new devices: in Inventaris all three cases land in the same place and stay easy to find.

Tickets, damage and requests in Inventaris
Instructions and frequently asked questions are at the device, before anyone writes a ticket.

In detail

What the module can do

Damage reports with photos

Whoever reports damage attaches the picture straight away. Administration decides whether the device is locked.

Tickets linked to a device

A ticket can point to a particular device. That way the report later shows which device keeps failing.

Requests with an approval chain

From the wish through the decision to the invoice check. Whoever has to decide sees open requests directly in the menu.

Instructions and frequently asked questions

Recorded on the device model and visible on the device card. That way many questions are answered before a ticket is created.

Archived after seven days

What is done disappears from the work list and is kept in the archive. So the work list shows only what is still open.

Questions

What is asked next

Do we need all three modules?

No. Each can be switched off individually and then disappears from the menu. The data is kept.

Can external people raise tickets?
