What the module can do
Several devices, one booking
A case with twenty tablets is booked as a single loan.
Fixed assignments
A teacher's notebook is assigned to them permanently, with no due date. Permanent assignments are kept separate from loans.
Due dates and reminders
Overdue loans are at the very top, with person and department. Reminders go out automatically. If needed, you send a manual notice with a final deadline, by email and in Teams.
Return with accessory check
On return the accessories are checked and the condition recorded. So every return shows clearly whether everything has come back complete.
Kiosk at the issue counter
A dedicated account for the issue counter, in the browser or as the Kiosk app for iPad and Mac: borrow, return and take supplies with the badge, scanned with a hand scanner or the front camera.
Borrowers only see themselves
Anyone who only borrows gets their own overview: their devices and due dates, reservations, reports and their card. From there they can open a ticket or report damage, and with the Swyron AI add-on get help with a device. The other areas of the application stay hidden.

What is asked next
Can teachers borrow items themselves?
Yes, as soon as you switch on self-checkout. It is off by default, because in most organisations issuing runs through a counter.
What if someone doesn't bring the device back?
The loan then appears as overdue at the very top, and the reminder goes out at the interval you set. When someone leaves the directory, the application explicitly flags their open loans. If needed, one click sends a notice with a final deadline; who triggered it is recorded.
