Asset tracking: every device with its own tag
In Inventaris you keep track of every device individually: the product is the model, the unit is the individual device. It carries its own inventory number, plus serial number, price, warranty and location.

What the module can do
Product and unit kept apart
Describe the model once, keep the devices individually. Units inherit acquisition data from the product, until one of them differs.
Labels with QR code
Printed straight from the application. When scanning it recognises by itself whether it is an inventory number, a serial number or a set code.
Accessories on the product
Power supply, remote control, case: recorded on the model and ticked off piece by piece on return.
Custom fields
Leasing contract, funding, asset accounting ledger. Whatever your organisation keeps in addition gets a field instead of a note.
Rooms and storage places
Every device has a place. You can then filter, count and run the inventory check by it.
Inventory check
Guided counting runs by room, store or person, with a log: found, missing, at another location.

What is asked next
Can we take over existing lists?
Yes. You import a CSV list yourself, for example saved from Excel, with a preview before writing. That is included in the subscription. On request, we take over larger or inconsistent holdings for you: by effort, with a quote in advance. In the Enterprise subscription this migration is included.
What happens to decommissioned devices?
They are kept with the note "decommissioned". They drop out of the counts and the value overview, but not out of the history.
