Tents, event benches, sound gear, jerseys. Everything goes round in turn, everything comes back eventually, and no one does it as their main job.

Inventaris for Clubs
Who has what, since when and until when: the list a club needs day to day.

Day to day

What it hangs on, and what comes of it

First the situation, as it typically occurs there. Then what Inventaris makes of it.

  • Volunteers have no time Scan, choose a person, book. The training takes one meeting.
  • Equipment goes missing Who has what is there in black and white, and the reminder goes out on its own.
  • Planning events What's needed on Saturday is reserved and ready on Saturday.
  • No server, no budget In the browser, from R$ 378 a month.

The stock

What's in the inventory here

Much of it has no plug and is still recorded just like any other device. Whatever gets lent out belongs in here.

How the inventory is structured →

  • Event equipment Tents, benches, tables, tills. Goes round in turn and comes back eventually.
  • Technology Sound gear, lighting, cable drums; with instructions on the device, so it isn't always the same person being asked.
  • Jerseys and kit Issued to members, returned each season.
  • Club vehicle and trailer Permanently assigned or booked for an event.

The start

The first three steps

In this order, because each step builds on the previous one.

  1. 1 Record members as staff Without accounts: a number on the membership card is enough to borrow.
  2. 2 Record the equipment Two evenings, or you send us the list.
  3. 3 Switch on reservations So that before the next event it's clear what is ready.

You do step 2 yourself; the template and preview are part of the subscription. If the list is very big or inconsistent, we'll take it on if you like, charged by effort with the price named up front. The whole process is in the manual.

Questions

What gets asked from this corner

We do this voluntarily. How much training?

Lending means: scan the number, scan the device, book. Once you've seen it, you can do it. The training takes one meeting.

Can someone else step in?

Yes. What used to sit in one person's head is now there in black and white. Whoever takes over the till also takes over the equipment.

Is it worth it for thirty items?

If everything is in one room and one person keeps track, a list is often enough. As soon as two people are issuing, or the equipment is in several places, Inventaris pays off.
