Content that an organisation records in Inventaris, such as its own photos, documents and descriptions, belongs to the organisation. We process it only to provide the service.
2. Inventaris and Swyron
The name “Inventaris”, its symbol and word mark are distinctive signs of Swyron GmbH, as are “Swyron”, “Swyron AI”, “Swyron Guard” and “Swyron Watch”. The screenshots and illustrations on this website were created by us; background videos and other imagery are partly licensed, see credits.
Swyron GmbH is a member of Swiss Label and is entitled to use the protected crossbow trademark. The membership certificate is available here.
3. Third-party trademarks
This website and Inventaris mention trademarks of other companies. They belong to their owners and appear here because Inventaris works with these products or manages them in the inventory. This does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by these companies.

4. Manufacturers’ products and images
Product names, trademarks and product images of manufacturers such as Epson, HP, Lenovo, Samsung or Canon belong to the respective manufacturers, who hold the rights to the images. In the application they serve only to identify the device in the inventory.
Where the images come from
Product images in the application: Icecat (icecat.biz), from Open Icecat or Full Icecat, marked on the image with “Bild: Icecat”; cut-out images also carry the note “freigestellt” with the date. The rights to the images belong to the manufacturers.
If Icecat has no image, Swyron can provide its own photo of the device. It carries the caption “Bild: Inventaris”.
How the images are marked
Every image states its source in the caption. We cut out images from Icecat so that the device stands on the application’s background; they then carry the note “freigestellt” with the date. Otherwise they remain unchanged apart from size and file format.
For manufacturers
If you are a manufacturer and would like us to stop using an image, write to us. We remove it from the image pool and it is no longer assigned to any other organisation.
