Software, licences and the running IT contracts sit next to the inventory: who has a seat, what it costs per year and by when it must be cancelled. A reminder arrives before every deadline.

What the module can do
Seats for people and devices
A licence with 150 seats: the software shows which person and which device has a seat. If more are assigned than were bought, Inventaris warns.
Licence keys encrypted
Licence keys are stored encrypted and only shown to management. Inventaris does not store passwords, only where they are kept.
Reminder before the deadline
When a subscription or notice period ends, a nightly run sends an e-mail reminder in good time. Anything that renews automatically then carries the new term.
IT contracts alongside
Internet, telephony, printing and leasing, maintenance, hosting, insurance: term, notice period, costs and documents for each contract. Only management sees the contracts.
Total IT costs
Software and contracts are converted to a yearly amount and added up. A licence contract for a piece of software counts only once.
Documents and Swyron AI
Guides, invoices and contract documents are attached as files. With the Swyron AI add-on there are answers about them, but only from content the organisation has released for it.

Is this included in my plan?
From the Pro plan up, like the IT documentation. Swyron AI is an add-on booked separately.
Who sees what?
Anyone who sees the inventory sees software and licences. Only management can edit, assign seats and view licence keys, and the same goes for everything about IT contracts.
Does Inventaris store our passwords?
No. A piece of software only shows where the password is kept, for example in the password manager. Licence keys are stored encrypted and are not passed to Swyron AI.
