What counts as a question
A question is one message to Swyron AI; a follow-up question counts separately too. Unused questions expire at the end of the month. Once the quota is reached, Swyron AI answers again from the next month, or you can move to a higher tier at any time.
Before each question, recognised names of people, email addresses and phone numbers are pseudonymised and only inserted again in the answer. Data is stored in Brazil. Swyron AI only reads and only sees what the person asking may see.

The choice
Which tier suits your organisation
The tiers are organised by description, because you usually only know your own number once everything is recorded. You can move up at any time, and down at the end of the term.
Starter R$ 378 per month
A club with an equipment store: tents, benches, sound gear. Three people hand things out, everyone else collects and brings back.
Pro R$ 1.011 per month
A school or a business with its own IT: class sets, server cabinet, requests someone has to approve. Plus a directory the accounts come from.
Enterprise On request per month
An association or a school community with several school buildings or sites, each run as a separate organisation.
The invoice
What you present to accounting
One invoice a year, payable by boleto bancário, boleto híbrido (barcode or Pix QR code) or Pix. Nothing is debited automatically, and you don't need a credit card. Billing is in Brazilian reais.
- Once a year The rhythm in which schools and municipalities budget and approve anyway.
- 30 days to pay The invoice arrives 30 days before the period begins. Whoever pays later first receives a reminder; access remains open until 90 days after the deadline.
- Cancellable for the end of the year By 30 September, effective 31 December, without a reason. The export is available beforehand.
Questions
What comes before the signature
Monthly or annually?
Annually. The monthly amount is shown so that the tiers can be compared. The invoice states the yearly amount, that is twelve times as much. This matches the rhythm in which schools and municipalities budget and approve.
Do we need a credit card?
No. You receive an invoice once a year, payable within 30 days by boleto bancário, boleto híbrido or Pix.
Can we switch?
Up at any time, down at the end of the term. Write to us and we'll switch the tier for you.
What counts as a user?
An account that can sign in. Staff sheets without access do not count. An organisation with 200 people and 6 accounts is an organisation with 6 users.
Can we take our data with us?
A CSV export is available at any time, without asking and without a reason for cancelling. You take your data with you.
