What the module can do
Value overview
Acquisition value and current value by category, room or cost centre. That gives you the figure for the insurer.
Depreciation month by month
Linear over the useful life, calculated by the month. Two printouts from the same week show the same figure.
Warranty expiry
What has expired and what is about to expire, with the value that falls out of warranty as a result. That way you can plan repairs while the warranty still applies.
Service intensity
Damage and tickets per device, including incidents per year of service life. This helps you spot devices that are reported several times early on, for example as a warranty case.
Gaps at a glance
Where details are missing, it says so: “no warranty is on file for 14 devices”. So you can see what you can still fill in.

Where does the current value come from?
From acquisition price, acquisition date and useful life. A manually maintained current value always takes precedence.
Can it be printed?
Yes, every report has a print view without menu and buttons.
